We operate four British Columbia Offshore High Schools in Shandong Province, PRC and a sister School in British Columbia, Canada. All our schools pass the annual BC Ministry of Education inspection. Our schools are in or near Qingdao, Yantai, Tai’an, Weifang and Vancouver. Each city has its unique personality but all share commonalities. They are extremely safe, inexpensive, easy to get around and welcome people from other countries.
Mission Statement
The Canadian-Sino Education Exchange Centre (CSEEC) District of Schools strive to provide the best possible English-based instruction to our schools located in Qingdao, Tai’an, Weifang and Yantai. The British Columbia curricula mandated by the Ministry of Education and Child Care (MECC) is taught to the students in our care.
Our mission is to offer a culturally enhanced and academically enriched environment to empower our students by meeting the criteria needed to qualify for a British Columbia Dogwood graduation certificate upon successful completion of the prescribed graduation requirements. This Dogwood graduation certificate is recognized by the top universities throughout the world as a reputable academic achievement. This certificate expands the extensive possibilities for our students to attend the top English-speaking universities around the world.
